For one evening, the basement belongs to a very small party. Chef Mina is cooking a private tasting in the Boiler Room, our speakeasy beneath the 1916 Hotel Petersburg building in Old Towne Petersburg, Virginia. He’ll take the table through each course himself.

There are only six seats. You can reserve a table for two, four, or any number up to six. If you’d rather have the room to yourselves, book all six and gather your favorite people for a dinner that feels like a private party. No strangers at the next table, just your friends, Chef Mina and the Boiler Room.
