Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day week at Shirley’s with a special menu of Irish-inspired dishes served from Monday, March 16 through Saturday, March 21.
Thoughtfully prepared with rich, comforting flavors and classic touches, this limited-time lineup brings a festive spin to lunch, dinner, and dessert in the warm, historic setting of Hotel Petersburg.
Monday, March 16 features a Reuben Sandwich for lunch, made with salt-cured braised corned beef brisket, Frank’s kraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on rye bread, priced at $19. Monday dinner begins with Colcannon Potato Cakes, a vegetarian starter made with golden crisp potato cakes, braised cabbage, Irish butter, panko breadcrumbs, and creamy mustard sauce, priced at $14.
Tuesday, March 17, guests can enjoy a special Bread Board starter at dinner featuring soda bread and beef bone marrow herb butter. Lunch includes Corned Beef Brisket & Cabbage for $24, served with hearty vegetables, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and country gravy. For dinner, the Iron Skillet Shepherd’s Pie is available for $29, with slow-cooked minced lamb, garden vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes baked to a golden crust.
Wednesday, March 18 features Dublin Coddle for lunch at $19, prepared with banger pork sausages, bacon, potatoes, onion, and herb broth, served with Irish soda bread.
Friday, March 20 offers Fish, Chips & Dip for lunch and dinner at $21, featuring Guinness-battered rockfish with potato fondant and onion cream.
Saturday, March 21 features a dinner special of Lamb Shank for $32, served with rich brown sauce, buttery mashed potatoes, and flaky puff pastry.
For dessert all week, enjoy Sticky Toffee Pudding for $11, a dark date sponge cake topped with sweet toffee caramel sauce.
