Discover tequila through a more thoughtful lens during this immersive, guided tasting hosted at Hotel Petersburg. Designed to be both educational and social, this experience invites guests to explore the traditions, regions, and craftsmanship behind Mexico’s national spirit.

The evening is led by Javier, Hotel Petersburg’s in-house tequila expert, who brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience and formal certification from the International Tequila Academy. His approach emphasizes authenticity, storytelling, and respectful appreciation of tequila’s heritage.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of five curated tequila expressions, including Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo, and a specialty selection. The experience also includes rotating light bites, a house-made sangrita palate cleanser, sensory discussion, and open conversation throughout the evening.
